When were you hired on at North Coast Church?

I interned for a little over a year and then got hired September of 2011.

 

Why do you enjoy working with young adults at the Jordan?

 I enjoy working with this age group because people are at a point where they are mature enough to have serious conversations, but still can have a lot of fun! This is the age where people are trying to discover who they are or even who they want to become. I love stepping aside them and watching them grow! Also I don’t have to deal with nagging parents as much!

 

 

Who is (are) your favorite worship artist(s) currently?

 Lovelite, duh.

 

 

Who is (are) your biggest influence(s) in your area of ministry?

 My biggest influences in my area of ministry are the people at the Jordan. I love to hear their ideas so that we can work together to create something great!

 

 

What are you passionate about?

 I am passionate about seeing people getting connected into a community that is God-centered and raising up leaders at the Jordan.

 

 

What would you do on your ideal day off?

 Well, it really depends on what kind of mood I am in, but I guess I would want to go to the beach, read a book and hang out with my friends while eating really good food!
